Born and raised in Chico, California, Justin Halimi spent much of his childhood immersed in Lego building blocks. Even at a young age, he moved beyond the instruction booklets and began creating original structures, using the medium as an early outlet for his creativity and artistic expression.
As he entered junior high school, Justin’s interest in building evolved into a fascination with technology and video games, particularly systems like the Game Boy and Xbox. He became captivated by the design, craftsmanship, and imaginative worlds these products offered. Video games quickly grew into a defining passion, opening vibrant, immersive universes that inspired him every time he played.
This passion ultimately guided Justin toward a career in game development. He went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Game Design from the Academy of Art University, solidifying his commitment to creating interactive experiences that spark imagination just as his early inspirations once did.
